We liked the excellent location of the hotel. It is very near to the harbour pier as well as to the shopping area.
The restaurant was excellent, but in our opinion the restaurant was to expensive. It should also offer simple meals at affordable prices.

Well, there was a problem with the reservation but the staff upgraded us to a nice city appartment instead of our 2 rooms. So cannot really rate the rooms / the hotel but positive impression.

Great location, close to shopping and restaurants. Huge breakfest provided and the hotel staff were very helpful when asked questions.
Bedding should have been cleaner, nothing like crawling into a bed that has some else's hair all over it. Yuk...but an easy fix.
